Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a broad-based cognitive-behavioural treatment with the purpose of helping individuals change behavioural, emotional, thinking, and interpersonal patterns associated with problems in living.
This 12-week group, facilitated by Theresa Campbell, MSW, RSW, and Tanya Braun, MA, RCC, focuses on supporting participants to increase their skills to be able to analyze their behaviour, increase mindfulness, increasing interpersonal effectiveness and, increasing emotion regulation and distress tolerance.
